Our rooms accommodate two
adults comfortably. Rooms only have one (1) queen sized
bed. We do not offer extra beds,
roll-a-ways
or cots for our guest
rooms in compliance with Connecticut
State Fire laws.
Ø
No children
under 12 years of age.
Ø
Young adults (ages 12-17) must
be accompanied by a parent in the same room.
Ø
Smoking is not permitted in our guest rooms or common areas.
Ø
Pets are not allowed.
Ø
We do require a two-night minimum
stay on in-season weekends.

A single
Friday or Saturday stay is subject to availability
and at the discretion of the owner.
Ø
A deposit
of one night lodging, plus tax per room
is required when making your reservation.
Ø
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the time
of arrival.
If less than 48 hours, or you are a
NO SHOW you will be charged for the entire
reservation being held with the card on file.
