Mark Twain (1835-1910), otherwise known as Samuel Langhorne Clemens, was once a Connecticut resident. A queen-size white washed pencil post canopy bed that even Tom Sawyer may have enjoyed painting is adorned with a quilted, patchwork coverlet.
